| Surface Treatment | Surface is impregnated with carbon layer and then hardened. The surface reaches the hardness of HRC 55-65, the depth is 0.5-1.0mm, the core hardness is HRC 25-30. The R surface(the camshaft contact surface ) of big CC rocker arms is hard chromium electroplating ,HRC 65-75, and the thickness is 0.015-0.025mm. |
